How Service2OE fits into your working day.
Can I use Service2OE without a workshop system?
Yes. Enter the VIN and service details directly in Service2OE. You can also import details from a supported workshop system.
Any workshop system can easily connect to Service2OE — contact us for details.
Is service automatically transferred to OE?
No, OE does not permit the use of robots for this or fully automated data entry.
Service2OE transfers the information from the job card and guides you through registration in the manufacturer's original service record. You avoid entering the same information again – and retain final approval yourself.
OE uploads can be completed in under a minute for all makes.

When do I need an OE login?
You use your own OE access when uploading service or viewing history in the manufacturer's original service record. Vehicle History, service receipts and the customer portal can be used without an OE login. Several campaign checks also require no login.
Do all features work on every car?
No. Availability of original digital service records, OE history and campaign checks depends on the make, car, country and portal. See the options in the makes overview.
Vehicle History can be used for all makes – with paper or digital service records. Save services and repairs, and print a service receipt for the customer.
Is there an extra charge for OE uploads?
No. OE uploads are included in the subscription – with no per-click charges or prepaid credits. You use your own access to the manufacturer's portal.
What happens after the trial?
Trial access does not automatically become a paid subscription. Payment requires separate acceptance.
