Can Vehicle History be used for all car makes?
Yes. You can save your own service and repair entries and print service receipts, regardless of the make or type of service book.
Is Vehicle History the car’s original service record?
No. Vehicle History collects your own entries. A service receipt does not replace registration in the manufacturer’s original service record.
What do we do when the car has a paper service book?
Complete and stamp the paper service book as usual. You can also save the work in Vehicle History and print a service receipt.
Can the customer get a receipt if the service book is missing?
Yes. Register the work in Service2OE and print a service receipt showing the car’s details and the work completed.
Does Vehicle History require an OE login?
No. Your own entries and service receipts can be used without an OE login. Registration in the manufacturer’s original digital service book requires the relevant OE access.
Can the customer access it on their phone?
Yes. With the Your Own Customer Portal add-on, you can invite customers to the history you share.
