Is service automatically transferred to OE?
No, OE does not permit the use of robots for this or fully automated data entry.
Service2OE transfers the information from the job card and guides you through registration in the manufacturer's original service record. You avoid entering the same information again – and retain final approval yourself.

Do I need to give my login to others?
No. You work in the manufacturer’s portal yourself. Do not share your login in breach of its terms. You handle security codes and final approval yourself.
Does Service2OE handle everything between login and Save?
Service2OE helps with supported fields and steps. You may need to select a service type, confirm details or fill in extra fields. Workflows vary between portals.
Is OE upload included in the price?
Yes. Unlimited OE upload is included in the subscription. Any fees for the manufacturer’s own portal services are not included.
Can I use Service2OE without a workshop system?
Yes. Enter the VIN and service details directly in Service2OE. You can also import details from a supported workshop system.
Do I need my own OE login?
Yes. You use your own access to the manufacturer’s portal and follow its access terms. Service2OE does not replace your OE login.
Is the history always complete?
No. You see the information available from the manufacturer for that car and your access.
Can I print the history?
Where the manufacturer’s portal offers printing, you can use its original printout.
