Access to VAG’s digital service book

You need a ONE Business ID and an authenticator app on your phone. Set them up the first time.

1. Create your VAG login

ONE Business ID is your personal account with an email address and password. Follow VAG’s registration instructions and link the account to your workshop’s service book access.

If you already have a ONE Business ID, use your existing account.

2. Link an app for security codes

VAG uses an extra security code at login. The code appears in Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your phone – the same type of app you may already use for your Bosch diagnostic tester or other systems.

If you already have either app, you can use it. Otherwise, download one free from your phone’s app store. You do not need to create an extra Microsoft or Google account.

When VAG displays a QR code during setup:

1. Open the app on your phone.
2. Tap + / Add account. In Microsoft Authenticator, select Other account. Google Authenticator can be used with Use without an account.
3. Scan the QR code on your computer screen using the app.
4. Enter the security code from the app on the VAG page to confirm.

You are now ready

For future logins, use your ONE Business ID and enter the code from the app when VAG asks for it. Keep your phone nearby.
